Game On!

Well I finally got the dust off my balls today. Golf balls, that is! This morning I decided to join my friend Adam Saul for a round of golf at Dead Horse Lake Golf Course. I has been about two weeks since I have swung a club and I was curious to find out how the hand was healing. To my surprise, I was striking the balls well. My touch on the greens was a little rusty, but I managed to keep my score down with some nice approach shots. The hand started to bother me a little after about the eighth hole, and by the last hole I had decided to lay off golf for another two weeks. No sense in pushing it because I want to be in top shape for the Peak-Garcia challenge coming up soon. That's right Donny, I'm coming for you! Tomorrow the Wifey and I are both off together so we should make a little headway with the nursery decorating. Hopefully the rain will stay away so we can spend some time outside.
