Baby Tales

The Wizard is back to delight you with baby tales and anecdotal diversions again. Today has been a great day all around and Annabelle is becoming more accustomed to her new surroundings. She is yet to sleep in her cradle--Thank you Abbie & Dick--but she has calmed considerably. Granddad went home today so the house is feeling a little emptier. I am happy to report that Sasha(the cat) has ended his appraisal from afar and actually gave Annabelle a kiss on her head today! She is a bit fussy when we put her down, but looks great and has wonderful color. She has even taken to waving her arms around like an orchestra conducter, garnering her the moniker of "Maestro". Pat and I collaborated on dinner and we managed to dish out a delicious meal of grilled salmon, baked potato, and sauteed broccoli with garlic sauce. I can't take credit for the menu selection, I only seared the fish. The kudos go to Nana for her culinary expertise. It is so wonderful to have her here to help us, I don't know how we would have made it without her. Granddad may have cause to worry because we may not allow her to leave. Hope he likes takeout! Have a great evening and come back for some more updates later.
